What counts as an evaluation artefact?

An artefact is any code submission: a GitHub repository link, a zip file of code, or output from a coding exercise. We evaluate one artefact per submission. Multiple files within a single project count as one artefact.

What does "turnaround time" mean?

Turnaround is measured from when we receive your submission to when the structured report is available. SLA timers run during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm GMT). Express tier runs 24/7.

How is candidate data handled?

Artefacts are encrypted at rest and in transit. Reviewers never see candidate names or personal details—only the code and your reference ID. Artefacts are deleted within 30 days of evaluation completion.

Who reviews the code?

All reviewers are senior tech executives, with 15+ years of experience. They follow a standardised rubric and undergo regular calibration to ensure consistency across evaluations.
